Not helpful in vehicle

We had hoped it would work too dehumidify a Jeep Grand Cherokee my son sleeps in occasionally when he camps. He had been waking up with much condensation on the windows inside. Although we positioned the unit in various places in the vehicle, it never pulled more than several ounces of water. We were sorry it just did not do the job.

Small dehumidifier

I ordered 2 small dehumidifiers. One worked, one did not. When I called customer service, they were helpful and are sending a new one. I hope it works. The first one works great

Didn't work

Why one star for a device that didn't work? Well, there is no zero-star option available, and the device gets a point for looking cute. In a small very humid bathroom the device managed to extract only a few drops of water in a day. I hope that this individual device is an exception, but for the time being I will stick with compressor technology. I did get a full refund, as advertised, but only after I turned down the offer of a 25% refund (!!!) and insisted that the company live up to its advertising.
